Perfection Cleaning offers a customized cleaning schedule to fit the specific needs of your facility. Most schedules are daily, weekly, or monthly.

• What if something unexpected happens?
In the event a client has a special need, Perfection Cleaning is always on call and can be dispatched to the facility in a timely manner to guarantee a fresh, clean start for the next business day. Call the Direct Contact number, or leave a note on the Memo System for 24/7 responsiveness.

Fully bonded and insured, our screened employees are not only trained but constantly updated on the latest cleaning techniques. We work closely with all our customers to develop a cleaning program that achieves the highest level of clean.

• Do you use your own equipment?
We use only the highest quality equipment and chemicals for an obsessive level of clean.

• After we sign the contract, will we ever hear from you again?
Perfection Cleaning utilizes several communication tools to implement a continuous Quality Assurance Program.

• Direct Contact Number – your facility managers have a direct phone number to call with any need or concern 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Memo Pad – We think simple is best, and leave a memo pad at a location of your choosing. If special attention is needed in a particular area, simply make a note on the memo pad, and we will take the appropriate action.
• Inspection Report – Your facility will be routinely inspected to ensure all areas are being cleaned exactly the way you have specified. These inspection reports become a part of your account file and are used to evaluate and, if necessary, modify your customized cleaning schedule.
